PEDAGOGICAL CONTROL OF SPORTS DE-TRAINING Pedagogical control of sports training

Abstract

• The present research aims to determine the current state of the pedagogical control of sports de-training. Empirical methods and techniques were used. We worked with a sample of 29 ex-athlete, 17 coaches and 13 managers selected in a simple random way, exchanges, meetings and interviews with the sport managers were carried out, socializing with the scientific community through the PNRI participation technique and the TKJ technique and then delimit the internal and external factors according to the SWOT Matrix, the application of the instruments and the analysis carried out on the information and data collected, evidences a scarce knowledge of the theoretical-methodological procedures for the post-sport stage and the systematization of the ideas arising around to the pedagogical control of detraining, which hinder the realization of effective sports de-training actions that ensure a harmonious reincorporation of ex-athletes to society.
